HVAC Having knowledge in both architectural & HVAC design allows us to design the complete home & not just a shell.
BUILDING CODE We stay current and on top of any minor or major changes in the Code.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT We are involved with the Oxford County & Brantford Home Builders Association.
FRAMER FRIENDLY We believe the framer needs to be able to clearly read & understand the assembly instructions, which is why our plans are appreciated by so many framers.
GENEROUS DONATIONS We perform work for multiple local community non-profit organizations every year at no charge.
EDUCATION All designers have accessibility to professional development to ensure they stay current and educated beyond their post secondary education.
GREEN INITIATIVE We use recycled paper, LED office lighting and low power consumption computers.
ACCURACY Each plan goes through a triple check system to ensure they are correct prior to construction.
